· Approximately 90% of our trade show exhibits are build with lightweight, reusable, metal frames (vs. wood frames, used by many other exhibit houses).

· Large, display graphics are printed on lightweight fabric, making them reusable from activation to activation.

· Our earth-friendly trade show booth option utilizes sustainable, up-cycled and/or recyclable materials on all exhibit walls, floors, signage and furniture.


· MGXpo is a cloud-based portal that consolidates a company’s physical marketing assets so that they can be shared across teams and divisions. 


Event marketing inventory is stored, tracked, returned and reused, minimizing duplication and waste.

1. Discovery

We work with you to sift through ideas and understand your company's exhibiting goals. Clients are able to convey their must-have booth components for designers to take into account. Once we have a firm grasp on what you're looking for, we pass this information onto our creative team.


2. Creative Brainstorm

Our creative team, exhibit designers, and sales team all meet internally to review the discovery and brainstorm design solutions. We incorporate business goals, USPs, and brand visuals into the exhibit design, and explore enhancements such as A/V, video walls, and specialty lighting.


3. Design Iterations

4. Final Design

Working with CAD programs and 3D render software, our design team creates a picture-perfect rendering of your final trade show booth designs. Once it’s approved, designers and carpenters meet to discuss the distinctive final touches.

In today's environment, supply chain issues can have a major impact on promotional item deliveries, many of which are imported. MGXpo offers the same selections as the online megasites, but with a consultant you actually contact via phone or email. Our experts give valuable advice on product selection, as well as the best vendors for price, quality and reliability. Plus, they will keep you updated on ordering, customization and delivery.


Marketing collateral

Everything is taken care of when our team monitors, prints, assembles and ships your event-specific marketing collateral packages.


Inventory Management.

Your event assets are stored in our own climate-controlled facilities. We pick, pack and ship your assets, which are previewed prior to sending to out your event. Then we make sure they are returned and inspected upon arrival. Rips, stains, missing items, are all handled well before you need the pieces again. Inventory analysis identifies assets not being utilized (for possible destruction), as well as guidance on avoiding out-of-stocks.
